    • Nobleman Denis Bernard, a lawyer at the Parliament of Paris, came into Brittany in order to participate in the reformation of the Nobility of the province, as ordered in 1666. Afterwards, he was a judge and Lord's attorney (attorney at law) of the jurisdiction of Regaires de Saint-Brieuc. His arms were registered at the Armorial general of 1696: "Azure with a band of gold, charged with three mullets sable" [d'azur à une bande d'or chargée de trois molettes de sable] [3]

    • Il est qualifié " Noble Homme ". Avocat au Parlement de Paris, il vient s'installer à St-Brieuc (22) à l'occasion de la réformation de la noblesse de Bretagne lancée en 1666. Il est Procureur Fiscal des Regains en 1696 et Subdélégué de l'Intendant à St- Brieuc.

      Rough Translation:It is qualified "Noble Man". Lawyer at the Parliament of Paris, it comes to settle with St-Brieuc (22) at the time of the reformation of the nobility of Brittany launched in 1666. He is Tax Procureur of the Renewals in 1696 and Subdelegate of the Intendant with St Brieuc. [2]
