- On 20 Jan 1773, the couple and their five daughters arrived at St. Malo from Cherbourg and established residence in the parish of Pleurtuit. On 12 Aug 1785, Ambroise, Modeste, and their nine children left France and came to Louisiana on board La Ville d'Archangel.
