Josef de Lema Baptize un Infante que nacio el dia fecha busede por nombre Juan Jose Maria Casimiro hijo lexmo de lexo matrimonio de Antonio Pizarro naral de la Villa de Alcantara y Antonia de San Martin naral de la Ciudad de Cadiz fue su Padrino D. Juan Manuel de San Vizenti Vezino de esta ciudad adverado de su obligacion Parentesco espiritual y lo firme con ? S. Cura.
On the 5th of March of 1780 A. D. with permission from Senor Dr. D. Jose Vribe, rector of this Holy Church, I the Licenciate D. Joseph de Lema baptized an infant born this day named Juan Jose Maria Casimiro, legitimate son of the legitimate marriage of Antonio Pizarro, native of the villiage of Alcantara, and Antonia de San Martin, native of the City of Cadiz. The godfather was Don Juan Manuel de San Vizenti Vezino of this city who was advised of his obligations of that Spiritual relationship, and I sign with the rector.
